About me
Hello I'm Sébastien Delord, owner and creative director at Kovan Studio. Through Kovan I'm developing Masterclass to share my skills and my experience related to Game and level design. I've spent 18 years in the video-game industry and worked with major market players in my career: Activision-Blizzard, Ubisoft, ... I’ve also been involved in multi-plateforms projects (Xbox, Switch, PC, PS4, Wii, 3Ds, Idevices...) My name can be associated to critically acclaimed games like Skylanders Swap Force, Rayman Raving Rabbids, Red Steel 2, Unruly heroes... Graduated from Rubika Supinfogame Valenciennes and trained at FZD school of design in Singapore, I’ve worked in different environments and was latetly based in Canada and India. I'm also working at Magic design studio as lead designer in Montpellier. Magic is a french video game sudio registered as an official Nintendo developer. I'm managing a great team of game and level designers and we're working on exciting projects.

I love teaching, I get the chance to take the role of pedagogical director in the Best international Game design School during 3 years.
I was teaching Game design, Architecture and level design for more than hundreed of students. I was managing a great international and skilled team. We've puched up the level of our students at their best. Several projects where seleted and awarded in various conventions like game jams through accredited organizations like Nasscom, Mind box, Ubisoft etc...
